Middle/Senior PPC Specialist
We’re seeking a Middle/Senior PPC Manager to lead our paid acquisition strategy, driving measurable growth in lead generation and sales opportunities.
Requirements:
3–4 years of practical experience managing PPC campaigns for B2B technology or service-based companies.
Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, PMax). Experience with LinkedIn Ads will be a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of conversion tracking, UTM structuring and attribution models.
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive performance improvements.
Proven experience managing campaigns for the U.S. market, with a strong understanding of American buyer behavior and competitive dynamics.
Experience working in outsourcing environments, handling diverse international clients and adapting strategies to different business needs.
Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of paid acquisition across Google Ads.
Develop and manage a full-funnel strategy that attracts, engages, and converts high-quality prospects, focusing on building a qualified pipeline, not just generating leads.
Continuously experiment and optimize: test, learn, and scale what delivers results.
Monitor performance metrics such as CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and pipeline impact. Take decisive action when performance dips.
Interpret trends, identify patterns, and make smart, data-informed decisions that drive growth.
